I am a Clinical Psychologist and CEO and Founder of MyMind Centre for Mental Wellbeing, a non-profit social enterprise that provides affordable and accessible mental health services.
I’m passionate about creating lasting systemic change through social and technological innovation. As an ex-Googler, I strongly believe that leveraging technology can empower individuals and put mental health care within everyone’s reach.
In my work with MyMind, I have been named an Ashoka fellow and have received multiple awards from bodies such as Social Entrepreneurs Ireland.
I have undergone extensive training from INSEAD – the Business School for the World and was recently named their Social Entrepreneur in Residence.
